CEO
George Reid
George has held Executive positions in the Logistics Industry for over 40 years. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Curry College in Milton, MA and an Executive Degree from Columbia University in NY.
George has been married to Patricia Reid for 53 years, with 2 children and 7 grandchildren.
FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER
Patricia Reid, RN, MPH
Patricia has lead a group of Account Executives and Researchers in support of a wide range of Healthcare facilities in the US. She holds a Master’s of Public Health from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA.
She and George enjoy golf, hiking and are avid skiers.

Casey Reid
Casey received his BA in Political Science in 1992 at the University of Rhode Island. In 2006, Casey was awarded the CSAM designation after completing a 6-hour exam based on advanced recruitment theory, law, and business ethics. Casey has also been recognized as a Pacesetter 3 times for being in the top 10% of over 2500 recruitment professionals and Billing Manager of the Year.

Kristen Reid
Kristen’s role as Director of Recruitment at Reid & Associates is to lead our Interim Solutions team. Kristen identifies and finds quality candidates by utilizing her background in technology and marketing while maintaining our database and systems.
Kristen joined our team in 2011, after working for more than 15 years in the wine industry.

Nicole Smith
Nicole leads the Permanent Placement team at Reid & Associates. Her strengths lie in building and maintaining relationships, and she often stays in contact with her candidates after the process is over. She adds a lot of value to our team with her sense of humor and passion for helping others.
Outside of work, Nicole loves cooking and spending time with her children.

Debi Reid
Debi’s role as Sales Development Representative is to connect and build relations from our hospitals to our candidates.
Having worked in the medical field for over ten years, she is our driving force in developing new opportunities for our candidates and expanding our relationships nationally.
INTERIM OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Johnson Nguyen
Johnson establishes and maintains connections to leadership executives to better understand the changing needs of our clients.
Johnson has a strong relationship-focused style because of his extensive sales experience. Previous supervisors and executives have frequently praised him for this and his ability to efficiently problem-solve in any situation.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Sidney Mai
Sidney works alongside the Digital Marketing Specialist to assist the recruiting and marketing teams with search operations. She also assists with social media marketing.
She recently graduated from CSULB and aims to work in healthcare as a Radiologic Technologist. In her free time, she enjoys going to Disneyland, the beach, and watching sunsets.
SEARCH OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Connor Reid
Connor’s role is focused on candidate identification and evaluation in support of our Senior Recruiters and Account Executives. His strengths lie in clear communication channels and a passion for finding the right leadership talent for his clients.
He just completed his BA in Psychology at CSUF and has over 5 years of experience in Management.
